Objetivos:: Establish a model for the creation and management of urban neighborhoods where knowledge and innovation are the keys of the productive activity. Propose designs of urban technology parks, as more sustainable pattern of settlement of innovation and entrepreneurship in the territory. Accompany the regeneration of the city with the creation of opportunities in new productive sectors based on creativity, innovation and knowledge (creative and cultural sector). Raise a self-image for these neighborhoods of knowledge, in line with the productive emerging sectors. Carrying out a pilot project of practical application based on this theory in an area of the historic city center with potential in the field of art and culture. This objective is to create a model of entrepreneurial innovation sistem where takes part parks, incubators and public administrations. It is intended, by using the parks, to disseminate their value between the most innovative companies from the urban centers. It is a political instrument to transform the culture of innovation in urban centers and their companies and to vertebrate the innovation system. The proceedings would be aimed at the selection of certain areas within the cities to develop a new model of Technology Park, more urban and oriented toward the companies that generate the knowledge society, i.e. intensive firms with talent and creative ability. The analysis of these processes determines a convergence process where the parks are converted in neighborhoods of cities and neighborhoods of cities will become parks and all of them converge toward joint spaces of activity and real habitats of innovation.
Resumen:: Current crisis in traditional manufacturing sectors in the area SUDOE (tourism, and construction). Necessity to look for new generators of employment and economic activity, with high innovative content, and environmentally friendly urban environment. Capacity of the new technologies and innovation to activate the productive network, but frequently isolate on the outside of the cities (technology parks, business parks, etc. ) Existence of actions to support entrepreneurs and SMEs in urban centers, but disconnected from the territory. Physical Rehabilitation of the city, but disconnected from the needs of the productive sector, from innovation and its creative abilities. Malaga: Important physical rehabilitation of the historic center, support for entrepreneurs and SMEs, but concentration on the outskirts of innovation and ICTs: PTA and Uma - Andalusia Tech, possibility of transfer of knowledge to the neighborhoods and the city center. Area Nosquera: specialization in art and culture, new business equipment, little commercial activity in arts and crafts.
