Interreg IV B

Within the TRAIN2 project, a two days workshop on "Nanocharacterization" will be organized in Toulouse Monday the 11th and Tuesday the 12th of July. This workshop will be structured around four sessions dedicated on TEM, Scanning Probe Microscopies, Optical Spectroscopies and Local electrical measurements with the presentations of some experts in the respective fields (see below).

Session I: TEM
