It is well recognized that physical activities are beneficial a physical, physiological, cognitive and emotionnal levels and consequently have an impact on stress level, attention and creativity. Therefore it exists un link between physical activities and general performances like efficiency, creativity, stress and motivation.
However physical activities can be practiced in different contexts (competition/non competition) for various purposes and required specific physical and cognitive abilities.
Consequently, studying the impacts of physical activities on general performances require the consideration of factors like the type of physical activity, its intensity and duration as well as the involvelment/comitment level of the person.
We aim at using and improving existing monitoring and persuasive technologies to selection, encouragement and follow up optimized exercice programs of three segments of the population (teenagers, adults, elderly).
