State of art (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc ), research and best practice dissemination. * eHealth SME commercialization support. Dissemination of best practices and recommended actions. Research on failures and root problems. * Smart funding. Support for spin-offs and SMEs in accessing private venture capital that, in addition to funding, provides market opportunities and knowledge. Guidelines and contacts. * Development of common testbed infrastructure for the agile deployment of Health ICT solutions.
