- The specific objectives are: - to foster the establishment and consolidation of innovative companies; - to provide the entrepreneurs with better knowledge about the ICTs; - to promote the establishment of networks permiting the exchange of good practices and the creation of projects of cooperation; - to promote internationalization of the local SMEs. The main actions to be undertaken are: - the establishment of the network and its contents; - development of the virtual community.
