- Our municipalities have a big problem to manage the energy costs, so we would like to implement the continuous Improvement Quality Program, KAIZEN method, to reduce the energy expenditure. This cycle of energy efficiency consists on: 1.- ANALYSIS OF ENERGY 2.- ESTABLISHMENT THE GUIDELINES OF ENERGY SAVING 3.- APLICATION THE MEASURES 4.- INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT 5.- REVIEW OF RESULTS The aim is to understand energy efficiency not as a solution to the problem but as an effective tool. WORKPACKAGES 1.- COORDINATION 2.- ANALYSIS OF THE MUNICIPALITIES 3.- ESTABLISH THE GUIDELINES OF ENERGY SAVING, WITH COST AND WITHOUT COST 4.- REVIEW OF THE RESULTS 5.- COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
