Objectivos:: Our project has the objective of sharing knowledge, experiences, methodologies and strategies related with the building/rebuilding of “eco-hubs” (eco-neighborhoods) in distressed urban spaces (historical centers, old logistical areas, industrial zones, brownfields or neighborhoods with social problems of exclusion). The intervention will be focused both on technologies and behaviors, in order to improve citizens’ quality of life. The output intends to be, not only a “Good Practices Guide” and a “Policy Recommendations Book”, but also the test and experimentation of these instruments.
