Did your project pass to the second stage? You have still until 31 October 2017, before 12.00pm (UTC +1) to send your application through eSudoe.

In order to guarantee applications success, we highly recommend to keep special attention to the following practical details:

• First, candidates are invited to read carefully the explanatory table on admissibility criteria related to the first and second stages, available in the Sudoe programme manual’s factsheet nº6 (item 2.1).
• As the applications have to be submitted online, we recommend proceeding with applications as soon as possible in order to avoid any technical problem.

To be sent through eSudoe:

• Keep in mind that in order your application to be admissible, you should send the complete application form through eSudoe. According to the factsheet nº5 of the Sudoe programme manual, the application form is composed by the application form, the Commitment and Responsible Statement of the main beneficiary (specific to the second stage) and the budget justification. This application form also includes several annexes (budget agreement of every beneficiary, VAT Statements of every beneficiary, budgetary commitment statements of every beneficiary, agreement or similar document in case of implying a third entity. Only documents sent according to the official forms (available in eSudoe and the toolkit for second stage) through the eSudoe application will be accepted. Please take into account that the application forms which do not respect one of the mentioned specificities will be EXCLUDED.

 

To be sent in paper by 31/10/2017 at the latest.

• Don’t forget to send to the Joint Secretariat the Commitment and Responsible Statement in paper before the deadline, on 31/10/2017.
