IVY? Discover what is an Interreg Volunteer

Categoría General

INTERREG POCTEFA and INTERREG Sudoe get together to organise two online seminars on the "Interreg Volunteer Youth" initiative. These events are aimed at both university students and Interreg projects interested in hosting a volunteer.

On January 25, Interreg POCTEFA and Interreg Sudoe programmes will hold two joint online seminars, one in French and another one in Spanish, with the aim of informing about and promoting the "Interreg Volunteer Youth" initiative. These seminars will involve representatives of the initiative (European Commission, Association of European Border Regions), representatives of the programmes and their volunteers.

Up to 500 people (upon previous registration) will be able to ask questions about the volunteering experience, the work at the secretariats or technical and legal aspects of the initiative.

To participate, please register through the link of the seminar you are interested in:

Seminar in SPANISH, 25/01/2018, 15:00 (CET)

Seminar in FRENCH, 25/01/2018, 11:00 (CET)

Interreg Volunteer Youth is an initiative launched by the European Commission in 2017 that allows young people aged between 18 and 30 to serve as volunteers in the secretariat of an Interreg programme or in an Interreg project. Since its launch, more than 27 secretariats and projects have received the support of volunteers, allowing them to improve their communication and project management actions.
