TICHRON organises its second Project meeting in Toulouse (FR)

The meeting, organised by the French partners, will be held in Purpan (Toulouse), at the  Hospital Paule de Viguier, on 15 and 16th October.

This meeting will be an opportunity for all the partners – ACCOMIP (France), MEDES (France), University of Minho (Portugal), CTIC (Spain) and SCS and IDIVAL as lead partners, to update regarding the Project, providing information on the last developments. Moreover, the calendar of the work groups and actions to be implemented until the end of the year will be updated.

TiCHroN is co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe Programme and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), aims at promoting healthiness and improving youngsters with chronicle diseases attention as well as their link to their surrenders  and schools, through the use of new technologies. TiCHRON develops a model of attention based on new technologies which enables a better management of the disease and its consequences by kids, families and schools, through actions as for instance the development of a mobile application to empower and build their capacities to early react to risks situations for health. Those activities will be validates through pilot experiences in three countries (Spain, France and Portugal) and then, results will be assessed in order to identify actions to be improved.
