Before the launch of every call for proposals, the Programme will organise one or several kinds of launch events. The goal is to explain the most important aspects of the submission of project proposals and to encourage the networking among partners.
The first launch event of the 2014-2020 period took place on the 7th and 8th of October 2015 in Santander (Spain), few days after the launch of the first call for proposals. In addition, preliminary information about the Programme were also provided during the national pre-launch seminars, celebrated in May, June and July of 2015 in Portugal, France and Spain.
Between Step 1 and Step 2 of every call for proposals, the Interreg Sudoe Programme organises a technical meeting with the potential beneficiaries shortlisted from Step 1. In the first call for proposals, the technical meeting on Step 2 was held on the 16th and 17th of March 2016 in Santander.
After the selection of the projects in every call for proposals, the Programme organises an event for signature of the ERDF grant agreements, followed by a seminar on project management. After the approval of the first projects in the first call for proposals, this event took place on the 26th and 27th of September 2016 in Santander.
In the framework of the second Call for Proposals published on 15th December 2016, a networking event will be held on february 8th and 9th in view at promoting the cooperation and exchanges between the potential beneficiaries.
In addition, during the period covered by the Programme, the Joint Secretariat organises seminars on capitalisation.
