In the last decade Europe has focused attention on the development on policy responses to challenges relating to the growth of entrepreneurship as a means to spur economic development and address societal challenges such as youth unemployment and young professionals emigrating to other regions for jobs and prosperity. To support the ongoing development and implementation of such objectives, the Interpaths project aims to offer an EntreComp-based entrepreneurship education and training model that also creates pathways for the journey toward successful entrepreneurship and coalesces stakeholders in dialogue to influence policy development and investment decisions at a regional level. The project also aims to develop an inter-regionally sensitive process of innovation for internationalisation that best responds to the needs of diverse sectors using case studies, iteratively exemplify the economic impact of a toolkit for application in cognate regions. Thus, the Interpath project activities address EU growth-strategies recommendations and policy indicators for the growth of SMEs.
The results include beneficiaries acquiring EntreComp skills that will set them on the path toward successful startup of entrepreneurial ventures.
