The Energy Push project is organising a meeting of the local exchange group (GEL) on Thursday 9 December, from 2.30 to 4.30 pm in Bordeaux. The objective is to present the results of a study on the opportunity to mutualise a "low carbon energy manager" for social housing, which has been started recently. This study complements the two tools already deployed in this context on a pilot building located in Le Bouscat: the RENOIR tool, on technical and economic optimisation, developed by the Tipee platform, and the RECORES tool, on qualitative multi-criteria analysis, developed by the Carbone consultancy and ALEC.
Energy Push brings together Spanish, Portuguese and French partners on the theme of the renovation of social housing to NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) level. By combining the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, a technical-economic optimisation tool and renewable energies, it aims to reduce the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of these buildings and improve the comfort of the inhabitants in their homes.
