The Council for Environment and Planning and Andanatura Foundation for the Sustainable Socio-economic Development launched the Days of the Aromatic and Medical Plants in the framework of Valuepam. The later are a set of technical meetings which count on the participation of practitioners and representatives of the sector.

During the first day, held on 27th September in Sevilla, the conclusions of the Project and information on the use of Aromatic and Medical Plants in public mountains were introduced. Specific attention was kept on the needs of the private sector in this sense. Furthermore, some presentations highlighted the importance of ecological certification regarding sales, business strategies and comercialisation of cosmetics based on aromatic and medical plants in order to provide new tools to improve sales and profitability. Moreoever, the Agency for Environment and Water of Andalucia presented the state of play of the aromatic and medical plants to the andalous Green cluster which is under construction.

Soon, new days will be celebrated in the Councils for Environment and Planning from Malaga (7/11)  and Cordoba (14/11)

Furthermore, you can register to participate in the market of aromatic and medical plants which will take place in Sevilla from 30th November to 1st December.
