Project approved? Not approved? Next steps

IMPORTANT: the programming of the projects will not be definitive until the signature of the ERDF grant agreement, once the applicants have submitted the documents and the possible amendments required by the Steering Committee. 

Steering Committee on the 30th of June 2016 in Porto.

In a meeting on the 30th of June 2016 in Porto (Portugal), the Steering Committee of the Interreg Sudoe Programme approved the first 36 projects of the 2014-2020 period, that will receive a total ERDF budget of 39 million Euros.

In the coming days, all the applicants will receive a personalised letter from the Joint Secretariat explaining the decision of the Steering Committee. In addition, every approved project will hold a videoconference meeting with a project officer to receive information about the following steps.

Not selected?


1 – The lead beneficiary must send an official letter to the Joint Secretariat accepting the decision of the Steering Committee by the 22nd of July.

 

2 - If the Joint Secretariat asks you to make adjustments in your project proposal, submit the reviewed version of your project proposal by the 22nd of July 2016.

 

3- Enter the Multilateral Partnership Agreement signed by all the partners in eSudoe and send it by post to the Joint Secretariat before the 16th of September 2016.

 

4 – Save the date to take part in the ceremony of signature of ERDF grants and the Seminar for Project Management: 26th of September (morning) and 27th of September (afternoon) 2016 in Santander (Spain). Throughout the month of July, the lead beneficiaries will receive an invitation explaining the procedure for the registration of the project partners
      

The lead beneficiary of the not-approved projects will receive a letter from the Joint Secretariat explaining the weak points of their proposal that motivated the decision of the Steering Committee.

 

The lead beneficiaries can see the details of the score obtained by their project on eSudoe (Section "Score Steering Comittee").

Next calls


If your project was not selected or you were not able to submit a proposal to the first call, you can still submit an application to the next calls.

 

The Programme foresees to launch the second call in the first quarter of 2017. The information about the conditions and deadline will be provided in October 2016.
