The Second Call for Proposals has been officially launched on 15 December 2016, bringing funding possibilities for the axis 1 and 5. 

In view of guaranteeing high quality applications, we highly encourage you to read carefully the text of the Second Call for proposals – available in Spanish, French and Portuguese, where you will find all the information regarding eligibility conditions and procedures to follow.

During the first phase of selection, applicants should submit their application through eSudoe application where they will find all the needed forms as it follows: project proposal form, responsible and commitment agreement of the lead partner and the interest declaration of the beneficiaries. Please take into account that information on the project submission through eSudoe will be available soon in our website.

Furthermore, in order to get familiarized with the application procedure, we highly encourage you to consult the Sudoe programme manual for project development and management with advices and information on the optimum building of applications and more specifically, the fact sheet 3.1 on the building of projects and the fact sheet 3.3 on the organization of work plan. 

Lastly, do not forget that the Joint Secretariat remains at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 13.00, in view at replying to your general questions concerning the Second Call for proposals. From January 2017, we will inform you about the instruments at your disposal to consult the Joint Secretariat on specific questions regarding your application.
