First call for proposals: decisions envisaged for the beginning of July 2023

The Monitoring Commitee will summon in Bragança (Portugal) by the beginning of July to talk about the 144 proposals that have been submitted in the first call for proposals.

 The results will be published in the website of the Interreg Sudoe programme by the 7th of July 2023.

  • Calendar for the second phase

The second phase of the first call for proposals will be open from the 10th of July to the 11th of October 2023. The projects that have been allowed to move forward to the second phase will have the opportunity of submitting their forms in eSudoe2127 from the 10th of July.

The Joint Secretariat will organice different webinars from July in order to asses the project promoters regarding the information to upload in the electronic application.

Dates will be communicated later on.

  • Interphases Seminar in Santander, the 18th and 19th of September 2023

The authorities of the programme invite all the promoters, whose proposals have been authorised to move forward to the second phase, to assist in Santander the Interphases Seminar the 18th and 19th of September 2023.

This seminar is thought to all the proffissionals in charge of the preparation and edition of the candidacy form and it is open to a maximum of 4 people per project (2 people regarding the main beneficiary institution and 1 representing the rest of the participant countries in the project).

Also, several sessions will be organised to inform about the expectations of the second phase, the mistakes to avoid and the tips to take into consideration in order to finish the project presentation. Different topics like indicators, activities description, financial planning, communications strategy, etc. will be discussed.

  • Final programming in December 2023

The Monitoring Committee will summon again at the beginning of December to program the projects from this first call in order to allow them to start their activities by the beginning of 2024, as it was announced by the authorities of the Programme when the first call for proposals was launched.
