On 12/07/2017, we published the ranking of the first stage of the Second Call for Proposals according to which 46 proposals were allowed to apply to the Second stage. Thus, projects promoters are called to submit their complete application through the eSudoe application, following the procedure detailed in the Sudoe Programme Manual (factsheet nº5).

In view at facilitating this procedure and guaranteeing higher quality projects, the Joint Secretariat of the Programme strengthens its effort to support the projects promoters with their application, providing some tools of interest. Among them, there is the APPLICATION TOOLKIT -specific to the 2nd stage, in which you will find:

• The application form;
• The Commitment and Responsible Declaration of the Lead Beneficiary – specific to the 2nd phase;
• The financial statement form;
• The collaboration agreement form;
• The certified VAT form;
• The third part agreement form;
• The budgetary commitment form and;
• The support table on the financial plan

This TOOLKIT is completed with an explanatory infographics in which you will find information on the different step to follow during the 2nd phase and a set of webinars on the different aspects of the application form which will be produced and disseminated in the following weeks. Furthermore, a specific discussion group on the 2nd phase has been created within the Sudoe Community (accessible here) in which you will have the opportunity to submit your questions and difficulties.

In another hand, an event will be held on the 13th and 14th September 2017, in Santander (Spain), to which the selected projects will be invited. The latter will aim at resolving doubts of the candidates regarding their application, through practical activities.
