Project summary

ForManRisk provides solutions to work on the regeneration of forests in southwestern Europe. For this purpose, the project develops trainings and exchanges of knowledge as well as management tools. The project will focus on forests and pilot areas to test those regeneration and risks management techniques, raise awareness of territorial actors and favor new management ways.

Therefore, ForManRisk will enable:

  • The improvement of sustainable management techniques for pines forests in the Sudoe’s area;
  • To develop management instruments for forests to improve fires prevention and optimize the coordination and efficiency of operations:
  • To communicate in order to raise awareness and imply institutional actors and civil population on natural risks.
