You probably saw it on our website and social media: next 6th June, we will be in Brussels to talk about an important issue: transnational cooperation within Southwestern Europe.

Next 6th June, the Committee of the Regions will host our big half-day conference on Interreg Sudoe Programme and transnational cooperation within Soutwestern Europe. The latter will be organised around debates and presentations for which we will have the opportunity to count on the Vice-President of the European Parliament, R. Valcarcel, MEP I. Garcia, national, local and institutional representatives and specialists in European cohesion (CRPM, EPRS, ORI, etc.) to talk about the importance of transnational cooperation within Sudoe area. The programme will be completed with presentations of Sudoe projects: TELERIEG on water management, CLIMACT on climate change and APSAT on innovation, which will bring some light on how Sudoe projects influence national and regional policies.
